Such a beautiful property spread over 38 acers of land in South Goa, Employees are very nice and supportive among each other. Hotel facilities for the guests and staffs are too good. I am proud to be part of this growing organisation since Sept 2023.

My salary was ok as I was fresher or it was my first job ,i think it was good experience ,good working culture and the most important thing anti ragging hotel while working in the zuri white sands Goa.they give exposer to their staff.i was working on the front desk they give chance to their staff to direct interact with guest.most of the thing is excellent working culture ,co operative staff n seniors....Read More

From PIP to Promotion – The Greatest Jugaad Story Ever!

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇
