That time the work Pressure very high in my duty. Daily, T had to work 10-12 hours Straight in a day. boss do not value individuals Unique strengths. Boss had mostly go unnoticed during my yearly appraisals.

My experience was great working with the times of india. But even after doing so much work, forcing him to resign is very painful. .......and like death.

Almost nothing expect one thing not getting permanent positions. It's your only one year contract that every year they got renewed.

Work life balance is much better on organisation level. While this is also dependent on reporting manager. Because have seen people suffering as well. But overall it’s ok.

Appraisal are really low. New SOPs in Response are really tarnishing companies image. The entire industry is struggling due to no proper calculation metrics for ROI.
