No safety for female employees as there's no CCTV camera facility, night shift guys use ladies washroom.No actions was taken by management.Here female employees headcount is high. No worklife balance,no proper leave benefits.Totally 12 paid leaves for whole year includes sick,casual & paid leave.No leave encasement option. No healthbenefits or health insurance. Some colleagues and the managing partners abuse the employees regardless of gender.They pass comments directly to the concerned employee about their physical appearance, walking style,their background etc. Lot of politics,no increment or promotion for efficient employees even after completing the probation period. You can't expect job security.Company won't provide any cab facility or travel allowance but people have stretch beyond the limit, either its Male or female.Even if employees leave late the next day employees have to come to work on time. They follow good tactics in dealing with employees.1 of the partner assigns a work ti employee and orders to do it immediately later the other partner questions the employee why they did that work without his knowledge.If people tries to explain or gives a right answer they cant tolerate that instead they warns them.Good tactics. They will interview lot of candidates,even they call people with high salary package and interview them and asks them to join for a low salary which maybe less than their current salary package. Lot of termination will happen without any prior notice or time bound. No engagement activities or relaxation for employees which leads to mental pressure....Read More
