Mostly young workforce, centered around the same way how Evalueserve operates.

Dislikes

Fixed way of doing things, favourism because of people who have been with the company for more than 5-6 years, closed to ideas, 'my way or the highway' mentality

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
