Your learning, growth and promotion will be limited here. You work but CEO won't know what are you doing. This will decrease the chance of your promotion. Manager or other manager do not tell CEO, what you are doing because you are junior. HR and manager will make you resource not employee. Basically you will not get promotion and salary hike.
