That it's a indian own company, owners could have renovated and made some high end hotel, because it's in the heart of the city.

Poor management who just think of revenue and not about their staff growth...even when they hire people the HR plays with their career.

There is many things to not like in the park Hyderabad, fast of all if you working at front desk you will see every guest will back to reseption to change the room because room quality is very very very poor 2nd things they are not using owon driver you have to contact ONE DRIVE vender who are providing un polite driver they are notwearing any proper dresses and they are not handling the car in proper way and you can not blem them at all because the park are not paying to them in proper way And only one thing which can make you happy that is you can sell those room with out entering in system for 2hrs 5hrs after 12 o clock, basically this is 5*oyo Sab to wape dalneke lie ate he or isilie bohut sare manager wape bohut salo se he...Read More

My experience during this pandemic in The Park New Delhi hotel is worst. Don't know according to which criteria people have been called I'm also ready to work even then I've not been called. I've not received my salary since June. This company left us in this difficult time. Which I'll always remember. At this there is not even getting any new job, company's are taking out their own staff. It is very sad that the company for whom we worked day night, has cheated us at such a time. No healthy and friendly Employee work environment and no motivation, full of dirty politics, Worst HR m, No HR interaction, no HR 2 way communication, HR him self is not Employee concerned or employee friendly.zero employee retention, no exit interviews, no open forums, worst GM, worst HOD’s and worst HR I had ever seen in my 12 years of career. I will never recommend anyone to work here.
