Small company but a listed so could learn over all corporate functions

As it is a PSU, it is with lot of non qualitative people in the organization. Further, because of the faulty system of selection procedure of PESB, people with nos of years of experience only but without quality of experience and appetite for growth of company gets placed in Board level. People with inappropriate knowledge and expertise there have caused career worry for able officials there.

Work Details

Initially took lot of challenges and I could contribute a lot for the organisation but later on observed that there was no rewards and appreciation system and no distinction between performer and non performer so thought of quitting the company.
