I don't like behavior of TLs putting the more pressure, HR can not understanding what happened in the work place.... she send a mail then totally I loosed my job in the nudge...

they can not understanding the tell caller issues they see sign-ups.... we seeing about quality but they want target.... this not good thing

On 2015 The/Nudge Foundation Gurukul started.I loved so much to get good career starting they treat very well.I know about Nudge 5 years this is 6th year.I believed it's wonderful NGO, great person are here.I tought it's one of the best place to create a relationship bond.

Here more partiality,no one is true here,I believed it's best NGO and I loved but everything fake communication with staff and TL.Without reason simply blamed on me.Worst experience here.This is not a NGO it's completely business process.When I started work in Nudge TL also started to give more pressure.Extra work also they told do do I spent lot of time.But no use.

Work Details

No safety when we connected to the student calls.Simply they will tell to achieve target.No impact, No respect ,no value here.They treat very worst, completely one of the worst experience for me.Many staff's resigned without reas..
