I Had an extremely un pleasant experience with this company, particularly with the director, Sakshi. On December 10th, I received an email stating that I had been fired retroactively, effective November 1st, after I had already worked for the company for over a month. This is not only unethical but outright deceitful. I have not been paid for my work, and I'm not the only one. The Director Sakshi is a rude & arrogant person, disturbs the employee affecting the productivity of work resulting in toxic work culture, which at the end affects the mental health too. Director sakshi fired us by email on 10th dec, saying that we've been terminated from the company from 1st nov, a month after working for the company & not paying.
