It was independent work atmosphere. Staff is ready to help even they are not from same department. Bosses are free and know to give respect even any mistake they call you and nicely explain where your mistake and always guide properly.

You work any organization in universe you will find some people tendency/foresight is not there of but, if you are quite capable you can change them. It happened but, you have to treacle very nicely which I did it and staff was quite happy.

Admin Manager duties including: Maintenance, Mailing, Supplies, Equipment, Bills, Shopping, Schedule meeting and appointment, Organize the office layout and order stationery, Part with HR to update and maintain policies as necessary, Coordinate with IT.
