Poor management poor work culture. They want us to work on Sunday. Plus even if our shift is over they want us to work overtime and we don't even get praise or any benefit of it. They have their favourite employee they treat them very good. And they are very partial for the rules favourite ones are getting extra extra benefit and rest have to beg even for their casual leave.
