Excellent work environment and culture. Remuneration is more than the market average.

Dislikes

Appraisals are a joke, they are negligible. HR is not that supportive, they only site with Senior Management. No work life balance. Career growth is also slow.

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

No good at all, worst food in cafeteria, no benefits at all.. in the times where all hotels give 6-8 off this property only gives 4off as well as no overtime for long shift
