The organization is looking forward to becoming a process driven one. They are investing time in understanding new technology and process involved. The USP of the company is agile methodology. LeanApps offers a great work-life balance.

Dislikes

Being a startup the culture of the company is very sluggish. There is no level of commitment and ownership among the employees since the owners of the organization are more interested in understanding who is to blame. The ownership of the organization is biased as it rates people more on popularity than work.
