Zero job security. You have to work out of your domain sometimes. No increment, work load will be increase and if you ask for a increment management will start counting your work and somehow they manage to find excuses. All employees are underpaid. HR and leave policies are pathetic. You will get increment if you are in relation with some top management people's otherwise you will treat as a peon</mark>. Only work Pressure and politics. Management will do anything to anyone just to satisfy their EGO's. Only Mr, Chairman sir is the Nice person in whole company because of him everyone is working otherwise its all pathetic. Without a doubt 100 Stars out of 5 for Mr. Chairman

Salary is decent but career growth is slow. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team
