If you perform well they will not relieve you to take transfer from one hotel to another for growth. However non-performers get the transfer easily. I am working at The Crown IHCL SeleQtions Hotel at Bhubaneswar, Odidha from last 1.5 years. I am very happy working here. The staff, my team mates, my Boss, everyone is just amazing here. Working here doesn't feels like working, it feels like we are enjoying. Company's benefits to sn employee are the best in IHCL. The only thing i would like to mention is salary. Salary is too low, though, for freshers, salary doesn't matter much, but anyhow, money is the main cause we are working.
