One of the worst company to work with. Every agent in presales is put on PIP for silly reason as coming late by 5 mins, No incentives at all. HR is puppet of HOD. Salary delay is normal with any intimation. No promotion no growth. Presales agent is suppose to work as sales manager

One of the best organisations to work for . Seniors like yash sheth and rajendra kadam are hard to find . This company gives you 2 weekoff and there are no issue with the timing . Things you will be learning here will he for lifetime . I am a proud guardian .

There is no such thing as dislike . If you are not a performer and a team player you will definitely find the system ruined . No company will give you such job assurance , learing and growth .

It's been a journey of almost 5 years with The Guardians Real Estate Advisory. I would rather call it my family instead of an organization. I have seen the company grow from a seed to massive tree giving shadow to all its employees, and it has been a wonderful journey so far.
