One of the worst company to work with. Every agent in presales is put on PIP for silly reason as coming late by 5 mins, No incentives at all. HR is puppet of HOD. Salary delay is normal with any intimation. No promotion no growth. Presales agent is suppose to work as sales manager

It's been a journey of almost 5 years with The Guardians Real Estate Advisory. I would rather call it my family instead of an organization. I have seen the company grow from a seed to massive tree giving shadow to all its employees, and it has been a wonderful journey so far. One thing which makes the roots of the tree strong is thetop management especially all the directors with their helping nature towards everyone, which makes the organization, stand tall in the current market. I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3.
