1.Poor work culture 2.Unrealistic target given to branch Head 3.All work pressure is imposed only on branch head 4.Poor work support from Top management the are sitting on in head office and giving instructions with abusive language 5.when any loan file is source by manager the top management is treating like it's fraud file and unnecessary queerys raised by them 6.I would like to suggest all the candidates don't join this bank if u don't want spoil u r career...Read More
