Only some of the employees working over there are good not the company

Dislikes

1)First of all location of the company is very bad, located at sector 85 noida, you won't get any public convenience. 2)They will not tell you anything about the work at the first place , but expects perfection . 3)Work pressure is too much 4) Never appreciate your work, but very good in criticising. 5)The boss of the company is a confused person and yelling is his normal way to talk. 6) Your managers will behave as of they are the owners of the company, and judge on the basis of your family background( rich, middle). Coming from a middle class family, they treat you as their servants ,will make you do petty things for them . 7)Work Culture is atrocious <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> 8)No salary increments and growth opportunities, unless you are the boss's favorite</mark>., No matter your work is better than them . 9)Bias company. Would not recommend any one. 10) Seen many employees , who are asked to leave without giving any prior notice ....Read More
