1)As we work for International Team we are not able to take Neither International leave nor Indian leave #No proper leve management 2)No Team Management for done by New Team leader appointed for International Team. 3)we were told to get Hybrid mode of work still we are not allowed to get take Wfh many times.

Not much.. Since there have been lot of changes in the management and they have also hired new leaders.. Everyone is implementing their own rules.. Dow used to be a very good company but now there is not much..

Dislikes

Lot of micromanagement has started.. New leaders are forcing employees to come daily and not approving leaves.. Dow has a hybrid policy but now a days it is just a policy. Again, this is depend on team. No celebration of festivals.. They just distribute one sweet box that's it..
