TC Global is a company that holds a reputation and foundation of 25+ years and is now becoming an EdTEch. They have been pioneers in the industry and are now becoming one of the new tech savvy, with a lot of youth oriented company. The management is young and very open to experimenting with roles/ tasks

Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

Efficiency is still being understood with the new platforms & within the system. This can lead to a lot of delays. Rest, is great!

Work Details

I managed partnerships with Universities, primarily along with active participation in Marketing, events and social media inputs.

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA. I also plan to do the same but my current role is too good. No work pressure, helpful colleagues. From last organization which was super toxic this is a gem.
