The bosses are friendly and extremely approachable. The team I am part of is diverse (but culturally and professionally) providing me with immense exposure. The work culture is collaborative in nature and everyone around me is quick to adapt, help and be there for each other. Overall, been a great experience so far.

Dislikes

I am currently working from Mumbai and most of my team sits out of New Delhi. I feel sometimes that I am unable to integrate as I am not meeting my team enough.

My work is multifaceted at TC Global. Key aspect of my role is to manage university partnerships - be in touch with my accounts regularly and drive growth for them through different techniques. Others include marketing initiatives & hosting events

The top management is excellent and very approachable, wouldn't worry about money, and is always ready to help its employees.

Management needs to delegate decision-making abilities to seniors who are next inline

it seems that TC Global is keeping its Ahmedabad office open merely to maintain a presence in the city. There are no Senior staff, managers, or marketing activities happening at that branch. In Fact, there were only two employees present in the entire office. There are no walk ins or leads provided to the counselors. The reporting manager. based in pune. appears bias to the branch's needs and has been very rude. showing clear bias between the ahmedabad and pune employees.
