I am very sorry to inform that what I expected and what I received is the huge difference. There is nothing in this company, No benefits, No Leave & No motivation, No increment/promotion. Absolutely nothing. It looks good from outside but in actual facts & truth is worst. No HR policies on place. Pathetic

I am working as General Manager in one of the biggest & oldest unit of Byke hospitality with largest number of rooms and huge turnover single hand.

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

Nothing as mentioned above. There is absolutely nothing in this company except late salary, half salary and calling staff late after leave/ sending staff on leave for less business.

Likes

In that hospitality there was Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give average salary hike and bonus every year overall everything was Good there u may visit there .

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.
