I dislike having No training, No Job security- Employees & Senior Management is asked to leave without reason. No future prospect, buttering environment, too much politics more than work. Top Management partiality and favoritism branding my & there people. No one can learn anything for sure.

I am working as General Manager in one of the biggest & oldest unit of Byke hospitality with largest number of rooms and huge turnover single hand.

Nothing as mentioned above. There is absolutely nothing in this company except late salary, half salary and calling staff late after leave/ sending staff on leave for less business.
