In the Brooke give balanced of work life and personal life to the their employee. The Brooke has very good vision, there are enabling and sustain good community practices for the working equine to the working equine in the operational area of BI, create welfare friendly environments of working equine. we want equine community possessed and sensitized on these practises.

Dislikes

In the Brooke India give good work space provide to their employee, we are available in 24 × 7 in the filed. they did not understand reality of grassroot level workers. If any problem or wants to know something from senior line manages/HR no one can give satisfactory answer. we feel fear (rusticate to the job) of the senior line managers/HR.
