I started working with the body shop in 2019 that time I was thinking there is no brand like body shop management and all was awesome but after lockdown when our city manager(Mr.Chetan Sharma) changed he’s location there was a new City Manager(Prachi Nagpal) she distorted my life without any reason she released my show cause notice when I try to clarify my self to company without listing me and knowing my statement company terminated me. There in no job security no management there is no company policies for employees if you have power and and good bonding with your HR team and you are doing backbiting for other staffs to your managers like Prachi so u can survive if u r not doing this only doing your duty’s and following SOP’s it’s mean you r doing nothing to your brand....Read More

There is no hearing for employees there is no management only favouritism works in fact after me every single staff from Chandigarh write a harassment notice and complaint notice to HR still company is not taking action on her just because favouritism I’m facing financial issues last from 3 months please upgrade your management and team I’m requesting.

As a result, it's ok to work for a experiences but the appraisals are not good at all, Another point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we all work happily in collaboration.
