I joined when The Body Shop opened its first store in Lucknow in 2009.I joined as a beauty advisor but the management acknowledged my work and promoted me within a year. I must say none other company think so much about their employees appraisals and promotions so seriously nor they take pain to guide their employees. My journey with TBS continued till 2016. Here comes the job security. I never thought about going anywhere after working with this organization. The work culture is so cool and friendly that there is no count on time.It just passes away within seconds. In 2016 I dropped TBS and joined another company due to some personal reasons. And this is the decision which I still regret in my life. Leaving such a supportive organization was the biggest mistake of my life. After leaving I struggled a lot with my position, the work culture, management, seniors and company policies , then I finally decided to rejoin The Body shop. I badly missed everything at TBS. Though I lost my position of Senior store manager still I am very much happy and satisfied to join TBS again. Thanks to TBS for giving me a chance to enter again which is very difficult in other companies who never take their employees back. In love with TBS again...Read More
