The work culture is good there is always pros and cons for every organization. But I love to be part of this organization.

Dislikes

Nothing to dislike as much,only point which I consider this the whole focus is given on sales department but there are other departments also who give too much and need appreciation too.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
