I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)

Its the most unprofessional company. there is nothing positive.

This place has no Hr rules. office culture is unprofessional and its slavery. no time to eat lunch. work till 1 am till the morning and come back at 10 am in the morning. other people working are just looking for an opportunity to quit. when you resign, you will not get salary of your notice period. they will deduct your TDS, but will never pay. they will create problem in PF transfer. they will not give you you full and final. most terrible company....Read More
