Tx provides flexible working hours along with a work schedule of an average of nine hours daily. You may occasionally need to stretch your work hours due to client requirements however, employees are regularly advised to maintain a balance between work and personal life. Tx does not encourage continuous long working hours every day which may result in lesser productivity & efficiency of our employees. The flexible working hours/schedule provide a platform to plan & schedule personal & professional life. And, if an employee has to work the extra mile occasionally for more than standard hours due to client requirements, the company compensates for the same. For any queries/grievances, we have an integrated HR Ticketing system for all employees. We are always receptive to any suggestions we receive to continue to be a great place to work.
