Everything, the company is so pathetic that I don't even feel like give it 1 Star as well. No work life balance, a lot of discrimination, not a good place to work, really disappointed. Tesco doesn't follow its own value, employees are never treated as the want to be, for example a team get together is also divided into 2, team dinner and team lunch.
