Flexi times . Delivery of work matters not your puncn in punch out times. Great products. 70 % is basic engineering work . If you happen to be a part of NPD teams , learning is steep .

TIRC in a way stands for terex india relatives centre . All top managers have more than 2 relatives working in organisation. There is more politics and if u happen to be close to boss , there is no need for u to come to office and u will get good ratings and hikes

Work depends on weather you are the relative of boss or not. If you are inclined to work on NPD projects you may not get chance unless u r close to or a relative of boss . Usually most engineers end up in working on low end projects.

None quit the job and they have good control on attrition Most people are expected to go on-site and less experienced engineers find it good Most are compensated well and at par with market standards High flexibility in work time

Most teammates are less capable in terms of technical ability Jobs undertaken does not correspond to R&D, instead documentation, data entry and low end jobs are entertained to bill more On-site opportunity is abundant but for the role of trainee or any data entry work and mostly high experienced engineers travel to do such jobs and for a trainee role Only billed hours despite qualitative work are viewed for appraisal and not the technical skillset Heavily gossiping and cheap office politics seem all the way from top of the chain till end No proper business process set and lack of skill makes execution tough for any technical job...Read More

It was pretty interesting as any technical jobs, most in the crowd were scared to take up and I had chance to handle most of them Due to lower capability of major crowd, getting highlighted is easier No process are set hence you get a chance to improve
