Job Security now a days is less. There has been layoffs recently. It depends on your skill if on boom then can get good pay. Work life balance is good if you are not in shift. 8 hrs working , extra pay is conveyance and shift allowance which pays 1.5 L yearly more without tax, grade 10 (Exp 8yrs+ )Above has more benefits. Not much things to learn new. appraisal is nearly good each year, work from home is advantage for female only in night shifts....Read More

Night shifts are more, job security has been a problem as 2017 saw many layoffs, managers are stubborn.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
