Appraisal cycles moved from march to October to save 8 months of incremented money that they had to give. HR takes the feedbacks in exit interview but don’t think at all later on. (i have doubt whether they take it or not) Poor design of codes and they ask you to fix the meaningless bug in very less time. No good features, they have only BUGS. Good politics.
