From the start date to this day, it never felt like a hectic work and we've never been pressurized to work for more than desired working hours and complete the work. Gladly my manager is able to handle the workload amongst the team very well so that there will be proper work life balance.

Dislikes

Till date I haven't fund anything that will lead to anxiety in such working conditions for me.

Work Details

I'm able to take some time out every now and then and never felt any burden whatsoever.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
