Working in Teradata doesn't have any growth rather it's an insecure job, they layoff at any moment with no proper process/reason and depends solely on your relationship with manager not your performance. There is literally no growth rather racism and management doesn't listens here just shows off they listen to people against whom your complaining so one can understand what justice you will get.

Dislikes

Discrimination, partialty, racism everywhere in Teradata . Management is not horrible, no respect or care for employees. Either you become flatter, favourite of your manager and be in comfortable zone with no growth or don't join this organisation ever.

Nothing is there to be like. They are kicking analyst in covid situation.

Dislikes

Only politics exist in Teradata. HR and Manager conspire and kicking people outside the company. If you can do politics and do whatever manager wants then you have chance to survive. They hire interns from CDAC every year and after 1 year they forced to give resignation. Every year manager forced almost 5-6 people to give resignation. Racism is also you can see in Teradata. Only manager is enough to kick people outside the company, Upper management is deaf and dumb, no one will help you if manager forced you to give resignation ,not even Director, VP etc. Teradata will not accept if someone has raised his voice against something wrong....Read More

Terrible, only politics exist there. Recommend everyone not to join Teradata.
