Telus International has few people at Executive level who donot understand the complexity of business since they do not have the expertise and still want to run the show without considering any suggestions or views from the expert team member. This stubborn attitude of management has already affected the team & business this year and there are chances that they loose the game in coming years. No one can survive in this type of atmosphere if the management is not supportive. Every TM is toxic; no one is genuine with one another; some are arrogant, while others engage in gaslighting. Many TMs believe that they are the best, and that no one can compete with them. Seniors are the worst backbenchers in my opinion; some are immature and have not matured since puberty. Even my TL is full of grumbling and has no sense of humor. He wants minions to follow him around and do dirty work until the person reaches a breaking point. This organization does not offer casual or public holidays.
