Management and empowering work culture, now deteriorating at very fast pace. However, management feels its improving. Threatening situation. Delivery orientation is very poor now.

Dislikes

People diversity has taken a big hit. Resources are being pooled basis past relations only. Everyone is made to feel insecure of their jobs deliberately off late. Trust factor is NIL today. No one bothered about the delivery and KPIs anymore. HR role is totally missing in TNL.
