Most of the teammates were good but there were people both in batch as well as in the training department who were ready to belittle you of your religious beliefs.

Dislikes

One of the teammate was very abusive regarding my religious beliefs although it was sorted out but later again I was taunted of the password I use which was related to my religion. I was asked by one of the Trainee if I suffer of depression which was very disturbing.

worst company. The EC department is very much irresponsible. I have not received my Fnf letter till now and they are saying that it is under process. They are not helpful at all. I have wasted my 3 years for an irresponsible company.

Its a customer centric company. But they never think about the employees who serve them.

Dislikes

1-Firstly you will never feel that you are working in a international BPO. 2-NO proper food in cafeteria. NO free food. No even tea or coffee. you have to pay for everthing here. 3-Promise fake salary. They provided me with 25 CTC but I use to get only 18k.You will never get your incentives part. Because the targets are very hard to achieve. If you miss on any point. They will deduct you whole PLI. 4-8.5 working hours 5-Only 6 week off even being international bpo. 6-High pressure of work. 7-No free transport you have to pay for it also. 8-Policy will never make you feel happy Guys I never recommend Teleperformance. Please think twice before joining this place. There is no any other company here is jaipur. Thats why people join this company and tp takes benefit of this....Read More

New Job Anxiety?

Hey all I recently got an offer from a company as it offered me a 60-70 % hike over my current company which was about to secure a job. I am having 3 years of experience in SAP BW domain and mostly and in this I have worked for 1.6 years in BW support and that too in night shifts where there is not much work. I started preparing interviews and cleared them and now got an offer and I put my notice and my last working day was next week. Now coming to the main part even though I'm good about most part having less real time experience and exposure is freaking me out and what will be the new company expectations and I decided to work hard to learn all the details it's just the hands on I'm not sure. With in mean time I'll be preparing in that company I mean once I join should I need to tell my lead or manager that this is at where am I and should I just bluff them as i know everything. Any suggestions please...the joining date is around the corner which gives me more anxiety
