As per experience in my project, we don't have that work pressure.

Dislikes

We don't get much learning and Skill development over. We start work at 6:30 doing the same thing, not that much critical work, responding emails that's it and we logged out by 3:30 AM. Management is worst and the cab facility is even worst. They will provide cab after 1 hour.

The work pressure is high. Top Management doesn't have a clue how the process works and there will be no implementation of any new ideas for process improvements. Associates will be blamed for process failures. There won't be any leaders who will guide you. Salaries are low for freshers and mid level associates and there will be no difference after appraisals.
