If you become a employee, you will surely be in position to visit a psychiatrist very shortly. They extend shifts daily. No one in company knows what the work they have to do. You will extend shifts till 12 hrs etc. Please do not join. Do not recommend to others too. Terrible place. Many people who left job from here are now in hospital because of work pressure. You can't eat on time and end up in hospital. One of my colleagues got TB. Do not risk with the outside risk. They don't provide proper cabs too....Read More

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
