Tek System in Bannerghatta road Bangalore is very terrible. They will definitely hire you and offer with one of the clients. Employees payroll everything will be under Tek Systems, only work with clients. This Tek Systems is not giving any hike or appraisal from 2021. Lekha is one of the HR in Tek Systems, she is arrogant, dominance, not able to hear employees words.

Dislikes

1)Lekha is blody HR. 2)No appraisal or hike for the working with clients. 3) Tek Systems easily blame on Clients company HR that they are not giving hike or appraisal.

The HR's are the worst, they do not respond to you on time, you have to take their availability to talk to them even for the smallest discussion prior to 1 week, they are always busy and have no time for their employees. There is nothing left to like about this company.

Dislikes

Poor work life balance. They make the recruiters lie to the candidates about the mode of employment, they are doing C2H hiring and selling it as full time role with TEKsystems. Management is very aggressive and uncooperative, there is no scope of flexibility. No job security for IT employees as client is god and if they decide to let go of the contractor, nothing can be done.
