The work culture is toxic. If you get into a good project u r lucky. But if u r under toxic manager/ team it's not gonna work. People in hyd office are really toxic, there is a lot of discrimination based on where u belong, there is a lot of politics in the room. I am having bad experience where I am aligned now. There is no like to describe and too wrost company and everything they are telling lie and fake. During initial call they will inform us for L1 position but after hiring it will be different and it is like above L3 role. And there is no allowances will be provided.
