Nothing. At this point i am wondering how this company is even running, doom is near though

Everything. Tekion will leave you with nothing in your hands. Learning experience - Big zero, infact if you are joining there, chances are you will help upskilling their management and people Work-life balance - Big zero, they do not care even if you are on death bed - you have to work on weekday-weekends, if it was upto tekion they would have invented 10days in a week instead of 7 Work culture - tremendously horrible. Middle management is a joke, leads are like hungry hyenas. You will break your fingers working off the issue from end to end but these leads will come just in time to collect credit — Would also like to mention that they will call you at middle of the night so you can help them write their mails about issues and topics resolved where they show it as if they solved it and it was them who saved the day. So spoon feeding on emails to your leads and managers is also part of your job description which they wont mention Company’s loyalty — They will rip your soul out , but when time comes , middle management and upper management will not even think twice before laying you off. Middle management is a bunch of inexperienced people who will just rip each other off for fame and name game but i do not fully blame them, it is higher management’s negligence what amazed me. The company aims to move towards OEM culture but the vision, purpose , culture everything is down the drain Pay — Don’t get me started here. Peanuts is even exaggeration. It looks like the management distributes money amongst themselves. If you ask for hike/promotion, you will be given lame excuses dragging over years Work environment — toxic , mentally disturbing , stressful, seen no good days and the above mentioned feedback is not only based on personal experience, after observing my fellow Colleagues as well They will do layoffs like season change, so don’t even think of doing your best here because highly likely you will be the one getting laid off first — logic not found...Read More
