Peoples are friendly so you can communicate easily & very good work culture.

Dislikes

Worst company, there is no specific system of appraisal, your PMS might be change by your senior bosses who will give you below rating, there is no mean how much you did in previous year. No work system, engineers are getting workers salary. I never want to stay here.

I am working in metal fabrication department and my target is to delivery my reinforcement on-time with quality products and to utilize off cuts and increase in productivity with proper quality checking and with proper documents as well as in sap.
