I like that as an HR I am given the freedom to work on many different policies, employee engagement activities. Even in the pandemic, we kept going with our Engagement activities. I also like to listen to people's issues and solve them

I don't like when employees keep talking negative about HR while we work so hard to make things happen

Everything seems disheartening, it says it has corporate culture but they don't even take action on an HR manager who misbehaves with female employees instead the owner of the organization asks the female employees to understand the person because he is unmarried, is of 30 yrs something. This is strange

Being HR, i can say only that every company has its good and bad, we should concentrate on what works for us and what does not. we will have good and bad days in every company, but we should not take it our heart. just forget it and keep living bindaas!
