At initial months companies work culture is good

Currently,they are doing lays off employees who worked with them more than 2or 3 years just don't want to give them good hikes as well as doing mental torture with them

I would say work culture is best here. Top Management is also very helpful and there is no level restriction in Technossus. Company policies are also employee oriented.

I have spent my 3 years in this company and everything is so smooth and perfect because of which there's nothing to dislike

I do all the generalist tasks from onboarding to relieving of employee. Employee engagement is also taken care by me. Handling HRMS tool Zoho and bringing initiatives on the table.
