Happy to work here since 4 years. Work environment is very good. Team members are very supportive and helpful. Leaders and Manager are good and ensure that your work and efforts are recognised. Flexible working hours and overall work culture is good and enjoyable. There are cultural events organised by company and Fun Friday activity happens within the team.

Let me tell you about this amazing job. First of all there is no content writing in this so called Technical content writing job. It's just a fancy title for a BPO data entry associate. Trust me, the projects are worse than you could ever imagine. A High school kid could learn it in a week, and the best part is management knows it. Still they hire engineers for less than what an average day workers make. Oh here is the fun part, the leads under whom you're gonna grow, actually don't give shit about what they do. They are just tired of the nonsense they have been doing for years. The actual skills that this job teaches you 1. How to work like a slave and expect nothing in return. 2. How to waste important years for your career doing meaningless projects. And, at the end you will lose your confidence, and fall under the falls hope of better tomarrow. That is what they sell you during appraisal seasons instead of giving you a raise. Here's a request to management if that makes any difference, Unfortunately you have hired some good people, challange them to their full potential, recognise and appreciate their years of contribution.
