You will be working on lowest salary far below industry standard. Company is controlled by one family, hence there will be minimum chance for you to lead any project. The General Manager doesn't know how to manage. There is no professionalism in the work culture. The product quality is very bad compared to current market. Therewill be no increment in salary. Also you will never get salary on time. Delay in salary can be upto 2 months....Read More
