Work Details

Very unbalanced work routine, some work excessively without any additional benefits and some barely work and still get recognition. Due to unavailability of any basic training, people struggles in the beginning and ultimately got frustrated.

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Culture, amenities and company policies are best in class.but work, resources management, skill development, politics is really worst. Most of the

Dislikes

Work and Skill development are terrible. They usually struggle in Resources Management with poor training & development skills. Politics is there but not in open. Work-life balance is worst.

Worked with four different products and profiles under Subsea Engineering. Presently leading projects, but usually overloaded with work.

Avoid procrastination by staying focused on goals and prioritizing tasks. 4. Focus on personal growth, rather than comparing yourself to others. 5. Set clear boundaries and prioritize tasks to maintain productivity. 6. Maintain a polite and friendly demeanor, even in virtual interactions. 7. Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
